We at API have a well trained group of Grain Management Specialists who monitor the grain status as well as the grain bin hardware operations. Our customers will receive daily updates on the progress and condition of their grain as well as any issues that may happen during the season. We have one or more of our GM specialists on call all day every day. When you choose our service, you will be set up with a group text that puts you in contact with our whole team. Each member of the team is well rounded and we each have our strengths in areas such as tech, sales, and troubleshooting. We also receive email alerts when something is not working at 100% capacity on site so we are able to locate and solve issues quickly and efficiently.
